extensive mentorship and training

Our employees are provided with full training, whether it’s in an administration, technical, scribe, or surgical position. Many of our team have received certification sponsored by GEC. Our team are coached along side our internationally renowned medical director, Dr. Jinapriya in clinic and have access to his medical advice at any time. GEC promotes all furtherance of skills and education – our Queens Ophthalmology Residents attend clinics weekly to advance their skill set.

we are specialists in eyecare

GEC is known in the community and surrounding areas to provide excellence in Glaucoma care. We have the newest technology and extensive diagnostic testing which aids in detecting early glaucoma and follows closely advanced glaucoma patients to detect change. We have a research team onsite to explore advances in fighting Glaucoma.

Caring for our community

We believe that we should support the community where we practice. Our current initiatives involve accepting placement students from the local St Lawrence College from the medical administrative program.
We also love our sports! Every year we sponsor a child or two in the Kingston Minor Hockey Association.
